Our CD key delivery system, allows for instant and automatic allocation of CD keys. Once you complete payment and pass our fraud checks the CD key will be made available and e-mailed to the address provided during the checkout process, this enables our customers to experience fast and efficient self-service – whenever they want 24 hours a day.
To protect against fraud we occasionally hold orders, if this happens you will see your order status as ‘On Hold’ in your account.
Your order will be manually checked by one of our team and updated as soon as additional checks are completed.
The use of IP blocking is one of the main reasons orders will be held due to the fraud checks required to be undertaken before an order is processed.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product, once the digital item has been shipped, we cannot issue a refund or accept returns for any reason.

- Screenshots of the key being used and the resultant error
After receiving this information we will investigate and resolve your issue within 48 working hours.
